Appointment Policy

At MVP Barbershop, we value your time and the time of our barbers. To help us keep our schedule running smoothly and provide the best experience for every client, please review our appointment policy before booking.

Booking an Appointment

Appointments can be scheduled online by clicking the “Book Now” tab on our website.

Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance and are not available for same-day booking through our online scheduling system. All appointments must be booked online. We do not schedule appointments over the phone.

Card Required to Book

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

Clients may select “Pay in Person” at checkout and pay with cash at the barbershop. Your card will remain on file to secure your appointment but will not be charged unless:

You choose to prepay for your service.
You cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment.
You do not show up for your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, as well as no-call/no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.

Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

We provide a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

If you are running late, please call the barbershop as soon as possible. If your barber can accommodate you without delaying appointments scheduled after yours, an adjusted appointment time may be offered.

Accommodations for late arrivals are not guaranteed and are at the barber’s discretion based on availability and their schedule.

Walk-Ins Welcome

Walk-ins are welcome during our regular business days and are serviced based on barber availability and current wait times.

Sundays are reserved exclusively for walk-ins all day. No appointments are scheduled on Sundays, and clients are serviced on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please keep in mind that walk-in availability and wait times may vary depending on client volume and barber availability.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies. These guidelines allow our team to respect every client’s time while keeping our barbers’ schedules running smoothly.
